Christopher J. Carroll – CIMA®, CBC®, Founder

Christopher J. Carroll, CIMA®, CBC®, Founder, Portfolio Manager, and Managing Partner, is personally involved in every aspect of the financial planning and investment management services provided to our clients. He has 26 years of investment industry experience servicing the complex needs of High Net Worth and Institutional Investors across the United States.

Prior to founding 7300 Wealth Management, Chris was a Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for T. Rowe Price Associates based in Colorado Springs. Before moving to Colorado from Boston, MA in 2011, Chris spent seventeen years working in Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Service roles within the Bank/Trust, Registered Investment Adviser, Broker/Dealer, and High Net Worth distribution channels.

Chris’ experience allows 7300 Wealth Management to provide full comprehensive, expert guidance with respect to a wide range of financial and business issues faced by our clients and their families. The breadth and depth of our expertise allows 7300 Wealth Management to take a holistic, customized planning approach with respect to each client. The end result is the development and eventual implementation of much more personalized and comprehensive strategies designed to help each of our clients achieve their unique short and long term financial goals.

Doug Duggan – Director of Business Development

Doug Duggan, Director of Business Development, has 24 years of investment and insurance industry experience servicing both clients and financial professionals.

Prior to joining 7300 Wealth Management, Doug was a veteran of Operation Desert Storm and served as an armor officer in the 1st Infantry Division. After transitioning to civilian life, he gained broad experience in sales, management, compliance, and client service.  He has led highly successful results –oriented teams of both sales and client service representatives in the fields of equity trading, financial services, insurance, and non-profit. Now with 7300 Wealth, Doug is, as he has been over the last two decades, dedicated to working with financial professionals to improve all aspects of their clients’ experience, growing their respective practices, and successfully executing their fiduciary responsibilities.

Mary Anne K. Hawkins – Relationship Manager

Mary Anne has been in the client service industry for more than 40 years. Prior to working at 7300 Wealth Management, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank as a Personal Banking Officer and as an insurance agent with The Equitable Life Insurance Company. Mary Anne gained most of her experience with the Capital Group Companies, where she worked for 20 years. She served five years as a Dealer Service Representative with the American Funds Mutual Fund Company, working directly with stock brokers. The rest of the fifteen years, she served as a Trust Administrator for the Capital Bank and Trust Company, assisting plan administrators, stock brokers, plan contacts, internal departments, trustees, auditors, and attorneys on retirement plans that the company served as a third-party administrator. She has been with 7300 Wealth Management, LLC., since November of 2016.
